I've had a fall.

I guess the title says it all.
It was quite a big, nasty, fall, but don't worry - bump wasn't hurt in the process!
Luckily I didn't catch my stomach and the baby has been kicking fine since, so all is well with her :)

Anyway. It's been raining really heavily here today, and I'd left something outside so I put a pair of James' shoes on to go and get it. His shoes were already dirty and wet, which was why they were by the door, so they left a big puddle. I didn't realise this and as soon as I put his shoe on I slipped in it. I fell onto my butt straight away, and skidded all the way across my kitchen. The back door was open because I'd opened it before I put the shoes on, so it didn't stop my fall (The back door is right at the end of our kitchen and I was totally heading for it).. I was too busy holding my stomach to stop skidding, so I let myself go until it stopped naturally. I stopped with my legs half way out the door and then the door slammed shut. I managed to move one leg out of the way, but my other leg got totally jammed in the door. My butt and my leg are completely covered in bruises and I'm really sore.
I've had orders to stay off my feet as much as I can now, but I've got so much baby stuff to wash I just want to start sorting it all out now!

Everyone is okay, just shooken up! It was an ordeal!
