My beautiful baby girl.
I can't wait to meet you, but I really am getting nervous now. Just under six weeks to go! I'm scared about labour now, but I know you'll be worth any pain I go through - and more! You're kicking me so hard lately, movement is meant to get less frequent because you're meant to be squished, but really you're kicking me more. And it's so hard my whole body jerks! Ha ha. I still love it though, I love feeling you wriggle inside me. My stretch marks are getting a lot more purple now. I don't know if people can tell by the photo, but I have loads on the bottom of my stomach, all thanks to you! But it's okay. It shows that I carried you inside me for 40 weeks (give or take). And I'm proud! I don't really know what to write to be honest. Updates are getting less and less because not much happens now. My midwife is coming next week to talk about my birth plan. Second home visit since the pregnancy. But other than that, nothing is really new. I love you more and more every day, and I just want to hold you in my arms now!

My stretch marks are worse than yours :( And Im only 32 weeks, I feel the same as you though I wear them with pride!

ReplyDeleteMy photos definitely hide them well, though! They're so bad now, James tells me it looks like I've been severely burnt all along the bottom of my stomach and my mother constantly reminds me how bad they are by saying "Oh Bella!" in a pitiful voice whenever my stomach is out he he he!
I am definitely proud to have them, though! Proof of the hard work we've done, eh;)
I think I have such a big bump because I gave up smoking too! I know it was a bad bad habit, but I gave it up for my bubba! Nowt worse than seeing a pregnant woman puffing away. Not much I can do about the massive bump now! Going to have some serious work to do to get rid of it though :(
